Collective Project, Backed by Organigram, Launches Major Hemp-Derived THC Beverage Line in U.S. Market

TORONTO, Canada — Collective Project, the Canadian cannabis beverage brand now under the ownership of Organigram Global Inc. (NASDAQ: OGI, TSX: OGI), has officially entered the United States market with a comprehensive portfolio of hemp-derived THC beverages. The launch, effective July 8, 2025, includes direct-to-consumer shipping capabilities reaching consumers in 25 states across the nation.

This significant expansion builds upon a soft launch of Collective Project’s sparkling juice lineup that occurred in Fall 2024, testing market receptiveness and logistical pathways.

Diverse Product Portfolio Unveiled

The newly launched U.S. portfolio is extensive, featuring both popular existing lines and new offerings designed to appeal to a broad consumer base. The brand introduces a range of Sparkling Juices, including: Blood Orange, Yuzu & Vanilla, available in both 5mg and 10mg THC concentrations; Mango, Pineapple & Coconut, also offered in 5mg and 10mg THC options; and Raspberry Vanilla, presented at a 10mg THC level.

Joining the lineup are new Sparkling Lemonades, available exclusively at a 5mg THC concentration. These include Classic Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, and Cherry Limeade, providing refreshing alternatives within the collection.

Crafted with an emphasis on quality and consumer experience, the beverages feature real fruit juice and high-quality ingredients. Collective Project also continues its unique approach to packaging, collaborating with artists to create distinctive designs for their cans.

Looking ahead, the brand has announced a second phase launch for later this summer: Fetch, a new line of hemp-derived THC sodas, set to further diversify the company’s U.S. offerings.

Expanding Reach and Distribution Strategy

A cornerstone of Collective Project’s U.S. strategy is its direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform at CollectiveProject.com. This online channel enables shipping to a wide geographic footprint covering 25 states. The states currently receiving direct shipments include Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

In addition to the online channel, Collective Project beverages are also becoming available through select traditional retailers. Initial partnerships include availability at Total Wine locations in Indiana (IN), Minnesota (MN), North Carolina (NC), and South Carolina (SC), as well as Top Ten stores in Minnesota (MN). This multi-channel approach aims to maximize accessibility for adult consumers.

Capitalizing on Market Opportunity

The decision to aggressively enter the U.S. market is underpinned by a strong belief in the growth trajectory of the hemp-derived THC beverage sector. Megan McCrae, Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & International Growth at Organigram Global, expressed optimism regarding the market’s potential.

“We are bullish on the U.S. hemp-derived THC beverage market,” stated McCrae, highlighting its rapid expansion. According to industry data cited by the company, the market has already exceeded $1 billion in retail sales and is projected to reach a significant $4 billion by the year 2028. This forecast underscores the substantial opportunity Organigram Global sees for Collective Project within this emerging category.

Quality Assurance and Consumer Focus

Collective Project emphasizes the quality and safety of its products. All beverages are made using high-quality hemp-derived THC. The company is committed to transparency and consumer trust, ensuring that all products undergo testing by independent third parties to verify potency and purity.

Consistent with regulations surrounding THC products, the entire Collective Project U.S. portfolio is available exclusively for consumers aged 21 and older.

This strategic launch positions Collective Project and its parent company, Organigram Global, to capture a significant share of the burgeoning U.S. hemp-derived beverage market, leveraging a diverse product lineup and a robust distribution network spanning nearly half of the country’s states.
