The agreement designates FOHSE as the exclusive provider of lighting and associated technology for all cannabis cultivation projects planned and underway at Green Horizons’ extensive one-million-square-foot campus located in Coachella, California.

The Master Service Agreement is structured to roll out in phases, integrating FOHSE’s technological solutions incrementally across the million-square-foot site. The initial phase of the agreement is set to commence in the third quarter of 2025. This will involve the implementation of FOHSE’s lighting systems within Green Horizons’ Phase I facility, a substantial structure encompassing 101,787 square feet.
